    Low noise, ultra wide-band 0.01 to 20 GHz Amplifiers.


Herotek, Inc., USA has released a new series of ultra wide-band amplifiers with a single unit covering frequency range from 0.01 to 20 GHz. These units have a typical input and output VSWR of 2:1 and noise figure of 2.8 dB with flatness of 1.5dB. An example of one of these units, Model AF00120243A, has Minimum Gain of 24 dB, Maximum Noise Figure of 3.0, Maximum Gain Flatness of 1.5 dB, operating at +5V (90mA). The units are also available for drop-in packaging or MIC integration.
