MICROWAVE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM MCS03

MICROWAVE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

MCS03

Model MCS03 Microwave Communication System has

been designed to provide experimentation and teaching

of various commonly used antennas in Microwave band

in the laboratory for students of all levels. It can be used

in stand-alone mode as well as be interfaced with a

computer via RS232. The system supersedes all the

other available antenna trainers at 10 GHz in the world.

The system consists of a set of two monopods – one for

mounting the transmitting antenna and another stepper

motor controlled antenna positioning tripod for mounting

the receiving antenna, 16 different types of antennas,

DR stabilised microwave Transmitter, DR stabilised

Digital microwave Receiver & Stepper Controller and all

the necessary cables and accessories.

Features:

* Tabletop Stand-alone system

* 16 different types of Antennas like

Monopole, Dipole, Helix, Slot, Patch, Horn

Dielectric Rod etc. are offered

* In built Microwave power meter receiver with

0.1dB resolution

* DRO stabilized antenna transmitter and

receiver operating in the frequency range of

10.5 GHz

* Stepper motor controlled antenna rotator

* RS232 interface to PC for display of polar plots
