    Millimeter Wave Communication System for Navy: GigaBeam


GigaBeam Corporation recently announced that it had entered into an agreement with Epsilon Lambda Electronics Corporation that enables GigaBeam to provide technology design and support for a millimeter wave communications system for the U.S. Navy. The Company claims to provide high data rate resulting in a quantum leap in wireless communications.technology.

Bob Knox, President and CEO of Epsilon Lambda stated “I am pleased to be working with GigaBeam on this next generation communications program for the United States Navy. The high data rate technology developed by GigaBeam represents a quantum leap in wireless communications capability. The commercialization pioneered by GigaBeam of
previously unaffordable millimeter wave circuitry opens new applications in both the military and commercial markets.”
Lou Slaughter, Chairman and CEO of GigaBeam said “We are delighted to be collaborating with Epsilon Lambda in developing innovative solutions for military communications. This initiative further underscores the importance of millimeter wave technology in advancing military and government communications.”
