    Low noise, ultra wide-band 0.01 to 20 GHz Amplifiers.


Herotek, Inc., USA has released a new series of ultra wide-band amplifiers with a single unit covering frequency range from 0.01 to 20 GHz. These units have a typical input and output VSWR of 2:1 and noise figure of 2.8 dB with flatness of ± 1.5dB. An example of one of these units, Model AF00120243A, has Minimum Gain of 24 dB, Maximum Noise Figure of 3.0, Maximum Gain Flatness of ± 1.5 dB, operating at +5V (90mA). The units are also available for drop-in packaging or MIC integration.
