ComSeCore, established in 2004 and based in Warsaw, Poland is a joint venture
of Umicore, a global metals and materials company, and the Institute of
Electronic Materials Technology (ITME), specializing in the field of compound
semiconductor crystal growth.
The current products offered include two inch (InP, InAs) and two or three
inch (GaAs, GaP) diameter semiconducting and semi-insulating wafers grown by
modified Czochralski (LEC) method and epitaxial InP, GaAs based products.
The available wafer group include the following::
- Indium Phosphide
- Gallium Arsenide
- Gallium Phosphide
- Indium Arsenide
- Epitaxial InP based products.
- Epitaxial GaAs based products.
