  •   Profile in Detail
RFIC Design Ltd , is for design service in semiconductor business, headquarter in Bangalore, India. We have expertise in complete transceivers for any wireless system in CMOS, BICMOS, SiGe process . Which includes transmiter and receiver architectures, circuit design and layout of the RF, mixed signal system. We provide innovative design services for complex RFIC requirements, in any region, at highly competitive rates, in the rapidly expanding communication and consumer wireless markets. Our main focus is on the analysis, modeling, and design of radio frequency integrated circuits.

Our business model is two ways one is to provide design solutions, We offer Design Services in RFIC, RF Modules and RF systems, so also for analog and mixed signal systems. The second is sharing our thoughts among design professionals globally. What we love about the web is the opportunity to share our thoughts with others. But we also like to hear what others think, and to exchange ideas. So in this web site we include links and informations which is required for a designer. Some documents are prepared by us and some are collected These are useful for designing analog and rfic systems, circuits and layout.

    Our service
There are many challenges involved in creating RFIC's. At the transistor level, various competing technologies (GaAs, Si, SiGe, and CMOS) each provide different benefits and drawbacks. Aside from the transistors, the creation of passive devices such as inductors, capacitors, and resistors also pose unique challenges to the IC designer. To create the amplifiers, mixers, and oscillators required in all wireless transceivers, RFIC designers must use clever circuit techniques to boost performance. These wireless sub modules can then be connected in different system architectures to achieve the required performance. check our service for more details.
